You are not alone; healing is not a linear process. Some days are filled with hope, while others may seem burdensome, and both are perfectly fine. It's okay to feel angry, to grieve, and to need space. You have the right to experience your emotions without needing to apologize. For some, therapy serves as a lifeline, while for others, journaling, art, nature, or community are powerful resources. Whatever path you decide to follow, allow yourself to proceed at your own pace, one step at a time.
